Exploring the talent cultivation mode of China's higher education teaching force

Against the background of the country's increasing emphasis on education, Chinese universities are paying more and more attention to the talent cultivation of their faculty, and are committed to improving their teaching ability and teaching methodology, scientific research level and innovation ability, emerging fields, and internationalization vision.
